ScreenLogic loses remote connectivity

Hello.
Recently, I've been unable to control my ScreenLogic system remotely [local connection works just fine]. When I logged in, I was greeted with pages of bogus data -- the temperatures were all wrong, features that don't exist were listed, schedules that didn't exist were shown, etc... Trying to debug the issue, I power cycled the ScreenLogic transceiver [the one connected to my networking equipment] and now the remote connection is showing all correct data.

What causes the data to become corrupted? And, is there a way to resolve the issue without periodically power cycling the transceiver?

Just to follow up. I was finally home at a time I could call into Pentair support and talked with Andrea. She was able to diagnose that, somehow, there are two protocol adapters with the same address! She's sending out a replacement and we'll see if the issue continues after swapping out the old unit.
