intellichlor / intelliph reads temp as 75F all the time (and it's not)

I have an IC40 with an intellipH system. On the intellipH readout the salt concentration and the temperature are displayed. The temperature always reads 75F. I replaced the flow switch/temp probe in the IC40 a couple months ago because the temp didn't read at all (it read ---). It worked ok for a couple weeks displaying a temperature that was within a degree of other pool water temp indicators (minimax heater temp and i7+3 temp). A few weeks ago it just started reading 75F all the time. This affects the salt concentration calculation when the temperature is different than 75F so I would like to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Very important you balance your water out first, make sure phosphates are below 125ppm as this can clog your sensor on the cell and not provide the correct data to the controller.

Thanks, Richard. The cell

Thanks, Richard. The cell looks very clean and water is balanced. It almost seems like the reading is just "stuck". Is there a way to reset the system?
