Good morning, I have replaced my protocol adapter on my inttelitouch i have screen logc2 wireless adapter. I can see my equipment locally but not remotely off my home network. How do i check wifi settings and wep key to allow it to be seen remotely?

This maybe caused by a firewall on your network that may restrict outside connections, we will need for you to contact on of our screenlogic techs in order to troubleshoot the issue, please contact us at 1-800-831-7133 when you are on location of where your adapter is plugged in at.
