I have an ic20 that is approximately 3.5 years old. It is connected to an EasyTouch panel. When I try the 'more' button to see the lifespan usage, none the the percentage lights light up, however the other lights do cycle through their flashing. Does it make a difference because it is connected to a panel?

Thank you

Make sure you hold down the more button for 4 seconds, and wait for the percentage light to land on the particular percentage led. You can put your panel in service mode, turn on the filter aux after, and the cell will run in a standalone operation, after you can try holding the more button down again to find how much of the cell has been used.

Thanks for the advice. Here's is what I have found. I get the same response either in service mode/filter aux, and normal mode. After holding the MORE button > 4 secs, the lights all cycle through, then the Low Salt light, Cold water light, are red, and the Cell light is green, then after a few seconds the Flow and Cold water lights flicker red, and then it seems to go back into normal mode. Out of 4-5 attempts the only time there was a response from the % indicators, all lights in the % line blinked 12 times, but did not seem to make any indications on a level.
