Bricked my Screen Logic Interface Protocol adapter with firmware update

So I think I bricked my Protocol adapter. I just bought the system and was setting it up with the wireless link. I couldn't get the software to work on my laptop but was able to connect using my phone. I thought maybe the problem was firmware as the unit I received has Ver. 5.2.733 and the latest is according to the website is Ver. 5.2.736 so, I got the updating software and tried to flash it.

Problem is the flash failed and now the adapter does not work at all. It has a power light but no Ethernet lights and there are no TX -RX traffic on the wireless adapter.

Of course it's Sunday and I can't call anyone. Though maybe someone here would have a suggestion.

In order to correct the issue and assist you with this matter, when you are at your computer that is on the same network as your protocol adapter, please contact us at 1-800-831-7133 to recover your adapter.
