Cannot connect to pentair screenlogic local or remote

Hi,

I have a pentair ScreenLogic easy 8 product that was installed about 2 years ago. I have had several problems with connectivity. The protocol adapter and antenna have already been replaced. 5 months after replacement, it again stopped connecting remotely and I had to go through customer service to update firmware a few months ago. After working for a few months, I now can’t connect remotely or on local system from iPhone, iPad, PC or Mac and they all used to work. I have reset the protocol adapter and power cycled. I have verified the internet is working and replugged it in. The light is solid green and the tx and rx lights occasionally flicker.
We recently had our router changed and I am not sure if that was the time it stopped working but seems to be about when it stopped working. Are there some ports that need to be opened? Any thoughts on how to get it to reconnect to the internet again?

Changing your router will affect the connection to the adapter, the adapter is to a static ip address, in order to open the adapter to a DHCP setting you will need to contact us at 1-800-831-7133 when you are on a computer that is locally connected to re-open the adapter to recognize your new router.
