Easy Touch and screenlogic phone app quit talking

We have a nearly new Easy Touch system and iphone app which until a few days worked fine. Now it is not communicating. The app looks like it is working, but nothing happens on the panel or in the spa or pool.

How can we reset it or get it talking again?

Try unplugging the adapter from the green connect for 10 seconds and see if the address reappears in the local systems box, if this does not, check and make sure that the protocol adapter is on the same network as your computer is. If this does not work, please contact us at 1-800-831-7133 when you are at the location of the network to troubleshoot the issue.
