I have used my EasyTouch & ScreenLogic without issue for several years. This season I am experiencing the following problems:

1. Receiving a System Alert "Pump 1: Communication Lost". I am running a Pentair Intelliflo VS pump.

2. Upon completion of my schedules, rather than shutting down, all my systems turn on (pump, infloor, jetted seats) and remain running, including the heater which is not scheduled to be on at all.

3. When the "pool" schedule is running I cannot use my phone to turn off the pump. I am able to control other features (such as jetted seats/bench, and lighting) from the phone during such time but I have no control over the pump. The pool button on the phone will turn from green (on) to white (off) but the pump continues running.

4. Wireless Link indicates (i) solid green light for power, (ii) flashing red light for Link, (iii) flashing green light for RX and (iv) no light at all for TX. The power light makes sense but should the other lights be solid green as well?

I have updated the Protocol Adapter and the software is 5.2 Build 736.0 Rel.

Any clue if these problems are related? Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Because of the communication loss to your pump, and all the issues you reported, the pump is running in a free standing operation which is causing the pump to run in a manual mode which is not being controlled by your automation system, the drive (control) on your pump is what is not communicating to the motherboard, it sounds like the drive is what is causing the issue with the operation of your system. Does not appear to be an issue with screenlogic, but you will want to contact us at 1-800-831-7133 to verify the issue when you are on location of the pool equipment before proceeding with replacing any parts.
