IC 60 cell, salt readings are n/a in app.

I have an IntelliTouch with an ic60, and a few months ago the app started reporting the salt levels as “n/a”.

Is the salt level reading/reporting done at the cell level? Where should I start troubleshooting this? The cell is producing chlorine fine, and the salt levels as manually checked are in range... it’s really just an annoyance but I would like to get this figured out as I use the readings to tell me if I need to buy salt when I am at the store for other stuff using remote access.

If you are showing n/a or 0ppm salt on screenlogic or mobile app. This maybe cause by an imbalance of water chemistry, please refer to the manual for additional information on page 10 in the link below. At this time you should trust in your salinity test kit to confirm your salt reading, maintaining the proper salt level in your pool should not change by much as long as your pool is not drained and adding fresh water. If the issue continues to follow after confirming your water chemistry, please contact us at 1-800-831-7133 for additional information.
