I read the threads and could not find this specific issue. I have a three year old IC40 which has been great but now all the lights are off. I opened the power module, there is a green LED on the circuit board that is lit. Using a multimeter I verified that the fuse is good. There is 240 VAC power to the transformer. I disconnected the circuit board from the transformer and the output is over 30VAC. When I connect the circuit board back to the transformer it pulls the output down to about 12 VAC (IC40 still disconnected), measured with one lead on the fuse connection and one to low side transformer ground, . I checked the voltage on the red and black leads at the connector to the IC40 and I get the same 12 VAC. I checked it by inserting my multimeter probes into the holes on the bottom of the connector. The red and black wires seem to connect at the 3 and 9 o'clock position with the ground at 6 and the other lead at 12. I checked against the green lead too with the same result. I suspect the circuit board in the power module is bad. What should I check, or replace, next? Thanks for any help!
