Intellichlor IC40 - No Lights

I have a 4 year IC 40 connected to an Easytouch 8 that has worked without issue until this weekend. All lights are off on the IC40 and have remained off since the weekend. Here is everything that I have done so far:

-Checked diagnostics on ET8, Error: COM LINK ERROR
-Reset all main circuit breakers
-Checked Intellichlor circuit breaker and it was not popped out
-Checked to make sure Chlorinator is set to ON. I turned off, then on as well just in case.
-Green light on PCB board is on
-Consistent 40 VDC from the red and black leads on J7 Connector on PCB
-Removed and reconnected the power connector from the Easytouch to the IC40. It is solidly connected.

Anything else that I can try?

This maybe an issue with the cell itself, possibly expired or check if the cell has any build up internally, and make sure your ph is within range of 7.2-7.8 this could be causing the issue.

Hi Richard,

I had the water tested and ph is 7.7. I also opened and looked at the cells in the chlorinator and there was some build up in there. I cleaned it out and the cells are now clean. I turned the system back on but there are still no lights on the IC40.

I re ran the diagnostics for the Chlorinator and now it reports No Errors, but 0 PPM for Salt.

Anything else that I can check?

Thank you for the help
