New Pool light questions... Intellibrite with EasyTouch 8 and SCreen logic

So my builder just turned over the pool to us and he had some basic programming setup.
Pool Light 4x Intellibright LED
Spas Light 1x Intellibright LED
Waterfall Light 1x generic LED light

When I select the lights with Screenlogic I get a nice color rotating color storm in the pool and spa. It's great but I can't seem to figure out the option for setting a solid color. The documentation implies it the tutorials I've found online also indicate it should be possible. But for the life of me I can't figure it out,

When I look at Screenlogic there are a series of single color button below the rotating sequence names. I assume these should set the color and have it hold but they only seem to reset the color circuits and then restart the rotating colors.

Am I misunderstanding it's capability?
Is there a configuration that needs to be different?

Thanks
Bryan

One part you may want to check, is on the Easytouch control, go to menu; lights; config;

Select #1 circuit showing "none"
load your light circuit in field that shows "none" and change it to you pool light circuit by pressing the up button, then menu out a attempt to select a color to test it.

So turns out there were 3 of the 5 lights bad. While I'm not impressed with the manufacturing reliability of the parts. The warranty has impressed. They are replacing the lights today and I'll be able to verify it. I'll update after.
