Pentair ScreenLogic Connect Issues

Hi,

I'm able to connect to my system remotely on my iPhone and my mac laptop, but both apps are now having issues.

iPhone app connects, but doesn't show HISTORY of pool temp. The POOL screen also looks unusual, and I can't confirm if the heater is actually running unless I physically check it.

The mac app connects, but only takes me to totally black screen. I can't access any pool data or controls at all.

I updated the protocol adapter a few months back, and it worked fine. These issues have come up much more recently, so I don't think they're related to the Protocol Adaptor.

Any advice?

If you are seeing a black screen when logging in, please update your protocol adapter under step 1 in the downloads page, this should correct the issue.

screenlogic does not appear

screenlogic does not appear to work with MacOS 10.13 (High Sierra). When loaded, the only page that is visible is the WIneskin “about” page.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one! Hopefully the Pentair tech can help us all.

I updated my protocol adapter a few months back, so it's very up to date.

I hope any solutions can be handled by remote connection, because I live two hours from my vacation home/pool.
