Problem with GloBrite lights

I’m having a problem with my Globrite lights. It is operated via the Intellitouch and screen logic.

When the Screenlogic tells the lights to come on, sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t and the lights have a red LED dot In them. If I turn them on manually via the screenlogic, the key moves from on to off automatically without me touching it

Any ideas on what is happening? Is it the lights or the transformer?

If you are seeing a red dot

If you are seeing a red dot on the light, there could be a possible issue with the light fixture itself but the issue would need to be confirmed by service technician. If the key on your device is moving the switch from on to off, there could be an issue with the device activating the circuit without touching it.
