Protocol adapter dropped off network...

Hi,

I had a perfectly working screenlogic interface+protocol adapter as of at least a week ago or so. Not sure when it stopped working.

Nothing has changed on my network, but I can't get to the adapter at all through the screenlogic app, and I can't even see it on the network or ping it. It also isn't getting an IP address from my DHCP server.

It's lived in a closet in my house, not been moved, or even touched for months so I'm not sure what could possibly be wrong. It's powered up, power light on, solid green+yellow blinking on ethernet LEDs on the protocol adapter.

Any ideas? Out of curiosity, will the protocol adapter at least get a DHCP address and allow the app to connect even if the outside receiver/panel is having issues? I'm trying to figure out if it's 100% an issue with the protocol adapter or if it could be my panel outside. I'd assume protocol adapter will get an IP either way, but is that true?

Thanks,
Jason

Pentagram sent me a new one

Pentair sent me a new one and it worked fine so I guess something just burned out. I actually had a scare a few days ago where it stopped responding but fortunately a reset brought it back.
