Remote connection not working

I recently switched my internet service provider to HughesNet business. After making this change I can still connect to my screenlogic system when I'm in local mode but cannot with a remote connection. Does anybody know how to make this work or how to correctly set this up?

You will need to contact Pentair at 1-800-831-7133 when you are at your computer that is locally connected to your network, your adapter address will need to be reset cause of the ip address that has changed after making the change to your network.
