Screenlogic app troubleshooting- HELP

I have the Pentair screenlogic app on my phone. I can log in, and connect to the home screen but none of the functions work. I can't turn on the heater or the spa jets. The unit is hooked up to the wireless in the house and is close to the pool. Help please!

If you can log into screenlogic, you may have to run an update on the adapter or could be a communication issue with the outdoor panel, in order to determine this it would be advised to contact us at 1-800-831-7133 for further assistance when you are at a computer that is locally connected to the same network as your adapter is plugged into.
