ScreenLogic Connect connection issue

When trying to connect to ScreenLogic Connect, it gives an error. It used to work fine for 6 months then I was unable to connect to it anymore. The system name just gives "Pentair: --" and when adding in the actual system name into it, it gives the following error

Discovery Service: 166.78.45.67:500
Connecting to Discovery Service...
Connected.
Sending GATEWAY remote connection request...
ERROR: System not found

Then when trying to connect to the guest System Name 00-00-00, it says

Discovery Service: 166.78.45.67:500
Connecting to Discovery Service...
Connected.
Sending GATEWAY remote connection request...
Remote Connection authorized.
Found system at 162.242.147.15:7832.
Connecting to System at 162.242.147.15:7832...
Connected to System, logging in...
ERROR: Login rejected by Gateway

It seems like a gateway issue, but I don't understand how to change/fix this.

You will have to enter the system name in the correct format. The system name 00-00-00 is a testing login. You will need to get the system name off of your protocol adapter that would include numbers and letter and must be entered in the specific format of, Pentair: XX-XX-XX any letters in the 6-digit code must be in capital letter for example, F1-E1-00

The problem may have been resolved, but I will comment on my experience. My original protocol adapter went bad. I was able to use my iPhone in remote mode with the old adapter but not the new. I updated screen logic on my Mac and on my iPhone and still nothing. My system worked before and should have worked now. My system uses a wifi bride to a wifi router connected to the internet. Everything worked before but when I called Pentair, the tech was adamant that there was a problem with my network. I reviewed everything including giving the adapter a fixed address and completing excluding it from the routers firewall. The iPhone app worked locally but not remote. I noticed that the app would find the new adapter but it put in a password. I don't use a password for remote access. I tried clearing the password and tried various themes on the name address and didn't work. I could connect to the demo server but not back to my house. I ended up opening Screen logic on my Mac and started Screenlogic and went to configure Screen logic and the first page and clicked on Set Remote Access Password. I left both password boxes blank and set the new password. Then I made sure the password was blank on my iPhone and that took care of the problem. This is a real simple thing to tell people if they had a working system. But the Pentair tech would listen to any comments from a co-worker as I could hear some discussion in the back ground. The tech should have listened to me instead of jumping to conclusions. Bottom line, try resetting your password on your PC Mac screen logic set up and cleaning it on the phone app.

Thanks again,

Has there been any resolution

Has there been any resolution on this. I am tech savy, have forwarded ports 80 and 1444 to my device. I can connect locally from the screenlogic app, not remotely. If I try to access the ip via a web browser on either port I receive no response.

Thank you
