Screenlogic Connect - stopped connecting after updated wireless router

I updated my wireless router from Apple Airport Gen1 to an Eero Mesh and am having trouble connecting to Screenlogic Connect.

After connecting to the Discovery Service I get the following;

Sending GATEWAY remote connection request...
remote connection authorized.
Found system at :0.
Connecting to System at :0...
Direct connection failed.
ERROR: Cannot connect. Address invalid

There are only two Ethernet ports on the Eero, one from the DCIS box and the Protocol Adapter plugged into the second port. When I get into the Eero software, I don't see the Protocol Adaptor. It has been working correctly on the Apple Airport.

Any ideas?
