Screenlogic relay server gateway error

Screenlogic remote access working fine for months and suddenly I get a gateway error without changing anything on my system or settings. Called support and they said they're "playing with new servers" and thousands are having the same issue. I'm so mad they have the time to play with servers while we lose access. I need to control my pool and this is very amateur. I'm fuming.
