Screenlogic stopped working

Hello everyone
The Screenlogic functionality was working via computer, tablet, or remote using my phone for over a year... But on occasions would not work but would recover when I power cycled the interface adapter. However, now it does not recover when power cycling. Tried to update the firmware but it does not see anything for me to update... And I'm definitely on the same network. Not sure what to try next [URL=https://www.youtube.com/].[/URL]

When you get a moment, please contact us at 1-800-831-7133 when you are at a computer that is on the same network as you adapter is plugged into? We will need to troubleshoot remotely.
