Hi, I have a filter that I believe was installed before 1990. I need to replace the band assembly and the original part is no longer available. Can I use the band assembly from the newer models? Thank you, Julie

Permalink Reply by david guidero on January 8, 2012 at 10:42pm that would be fns filter the only band clamp available is post 1993 that is why serial number is important
part # 195351 the $263.90 at that price fns+ 48sqft is $551.19 you have to make a choice
you ad grids to that filter and you go over the price of a new filter
let me speculate that filter was beige fiberglass with a black base right ?
