New to Poolfyi?

Blog Posting 101 –

If you want to share news, reviews, events, technical information or anything else with the Poolfyi community then consider a blog post.

Here are the steps for users to access Poolfyi’s blog publishing page.

1.    On any Poolfyi page, locate the “CONTENT” menu on the right hand side of the page. Click “All Blogs” and you will arrive at the Featured Blog page.

2.    Click the “+ Add” button above the first blog.

3.    You made it this far, now title your blog—remember it will be what users see first, so make it appropriate for your content and attention grabbing.

4.    In the main window, you can paste your content or type directly in the window. Pasting content from a text file works best, as Word documents can cause formatting issues. If necessary you can make format edits via the editing bar which includes many familiar word processing options like font, size, color and styles.

5.    You can add links by selecting the word(s) you want linked and clicking “Add: LINK” and then entering in your desired URL. You can also add photos, videos and files on the same “Add:” menu found just above the editing bar.

6.    Once you’ve completed entering your title and content, you can save your blog as a draft for future editing, preview what it will look like before publishing or publish your blog by click “Publish Post.”
