I have a 2 year old pentair ic40 chlorinator. Worked fine up until a few days ago. We cleaned it before installing this year. The unit sanitizer output lights are flashing green . Salt light is green as is the flow. I’ve tried resetting it. I’ve tried the boost mode but nothing works. After the boost mode I get chlorine to register but now it’s back down to 0 according to my test strips. This is my 2nd unit. Other ones flows switch died after 3 years. Do I have to buy another unit??

You may not need to purchase another unit, if your output light is flashing, this indicates that the cell is in the low percentage output, press the more button to get the output lights to go solid and that will increase the output starting at the higher rates. Also please verify your water is balanced according to the chemical requirements listed on page 10 in the link below to make sure there is no interruption in chlorine production.
