Screen logic won't connect to new wifi

I had to get a new modem and wifi router and now screen logic won’t connect.
I was told by my pool installer that there is a process to the reset button on the protocol adapter, is: push and release, press and hold for a long count, release and repeat 2-3 times?
Anyone?

With a new network and not able to see the protocol adapter in your network, you will need to contact us at 1-800-831-7133 while you are at a computer that is on the same network as your protocol adapter in for us to assist you with recovering your adapter.

Hi - I have a similar problem where I did a firmware upgrade on my network router, and the connection to screenlogic no longer works. The protocol adapter does show up as a wired connection on my network, but the application no longer connects at all. Should I call the same number?

Yes! I would. The support was fantastic! Gave me a firmware patch to install and stayed on until I was certain that everything was working.

If anyone from Pentair is monitoring this, my call with a tech was interrupted by what sounded like someone using the line for a modem. I was on hold for 45 minutes, and another 15 waiting for a callback.
