ScreenLogic Connects but will not control

Having a frustrating experience. Our pentair screenlogic app will connect through both the local and remote settings, however, it will not control the pool. I cannot turn the lights on or off, turn the spa on or off, or the heater. I can toggle the button, but nothing happens.

I've reset the breaker, unplugged and the wifi thing and done the 3x reset button press on the protocol adapter. Nothing.

As most consumers are well aware, there is very little documentation on how to troubleshoot these products. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Though you are able to see the protocol adapter and log in to your screenlogic, you may have an issue with the communication to the outdoor panel. If you are transmitting wireless to the outdoor panel, the transmitter and receiver may not be talking to each other. To confirm this you will need to contact us at 1-800-831-7133 for further assistance and speak to one of our screenlogic specialists.

What solved this problem? I am having the same problem, I am about to run a wire from the protocol adapter to the outdoor panel.
